Find Clunker Cars from $200 - $300
Fix 'Em Up For Work or School
Do you really suggest I buy a clunker that will barely run?
Yes, if you are willing to do three things:Fix it yourself - if you have tools and facilities
to workBuy automotive parts online or used parts and save
Make money on the resell - or 'trade up' for a newer
model
If the car is drivable - all three objectives can be achieved easily. If the car is not drivable due to severe body damage or no engine or transmission - your risk goes up and you may be buying scrap metal.
Under no circumstance should you pay a technician to fix the car - labor charges and new parts are so expensive.Blown head gaskets? No problem! Cracked heads are more expensive to repair, however you can save if you do it yourself.
